    Hi. It’s really nice to see you’ve added so many online resources to the site, but is there any chance you can post the original amazon links somewhere? I was really enjoying building up a hardcopy collection as I read along, and I liked the editions that you had curated. Thanks!

    Are these courses meant to be read/completed top to bottom in order ?
